Founded by the owners of Lincoln’s own local favorite, The Parthenon, Kouzina is bringing flavorful, high-quality cuisine to a neighborhood, event, or party near you. Though we call Lincoln our “home base,” these wheels will travel! Whether you need an unforgettable meal at your next private party, or simply need to feed a lot of people well, Kouzina is a versatile, delicious way to make sure everyone leaves happy. 

Local farmers, producers, and other businesses are the star of this show — we’re doing our best to create a farm-to-truck dining experience that celebrates the bounty of our area. With both a regular and a changing feature menu, you’ll always have the opportunity to try something new, or revisit an old favorite.
